Privacy policy

Non-Identifying Information

Our sites use tools like Google Analytics to collect non-personally-identifying information like your browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. We do that to better understand who is visiting and how we can make my site more useful.

Forms On Our Site

We also collect personally-identifying information like your email address, your website URL and your Internet Protocol (IP) addresses when you submit a form. We don’t make this information available and if we don’t need the data, we don’t collect it on the form. We use your personally-identifying information like your email address to reach back to you and reply to your questions.

Your Purchases

If you make a purchase on our site, you require us to gather personally-identifying information. But we limit how much and what type of information we gather depending on the nature of the interaction. When making a purchase, we collect personal and financial information required to process your purchase and pass it to our payment gateway Stripe (more details on their privacy policies can be found here). In each case, we do not store your credit card information. We only collect what is needed to deliver what you purchase. And we don’t disclose that information in any way, other than how we articulate them here in this policy.

Making A Purchase From Outside The US?

We may transfer the personal data we collect about you to recipients in countries other than the country you live in, including the United States, where we are headquartered. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. Rest assured; where we disclose personal data to a third party in another country, we have safeguards in place to ensure your personal data remains protected; as described in this privacy policy, or as disclosed to you at the time of data collection.

For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), your data may be transferred outside the EEA. Where your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it will only be transferred to countries that have been identified as providing adequate protection for EEA data or to a third-party where we have approved transfer mechanisms to protect your personal data – i.e., by entering into the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or by ensuring the entity is Privacy Shield certified (for transfers to US-based third parties). For further information, please contact me using the details set out in the “Contact Us” section.
